Glyn Nuttall Ltd. Were able to provide three separate quotations, for this customer to decide what battery capacity they wish to install, the cost of the battery being a large amount of the initial set-up, but being fully expandable a later date, should the customer wish.
In total a 4720 Watt Peak PV array was installed. Comprising of BI-Facial Solar panels from JA Solar, with Tigo Optimisers to reduce shading effects and GivEnergy Hybrid inverter with 3.6kwh battery storage. Fully monitored by the manufactures on line cloud and available for viewing and control with end user mobile app.
This customer can now store excess solar energy and buy in reduced rate electricity during off peak periods, further increasing their independence on the national grid.
